The friendly voices which you will encounter by telephone and in person at the practice are Nicole and Joanne. Both are highly trained medical secretaries who will be familiar with many of your enquiries due to their extensive knowledge of spinal surgical practice.
All appointments are made based on the time of referral. If you feel that your situation has a more pressing urgency than the time allocation which you have been given, please ask your doctor to forward your x-ray report to the rooms with a short explanatory note. These will then be reviewed, and wherever possible, an earlier appointment may be given.
Nicole and Joanne are available to answer any questions which you may have related to the running of the practice including: what to bring to your appointment, billing information and details of admission to the hospital if this is required.
